To transfer your child to a different club, first log into your parent account at hub.usaswimming.org:

After logging in, click the "View" button next to your family member's name in the "My Family" section of your dashboard. If you need to add a member to the My Family section, click the "Add to Family" icon in the top right corner of the My Family section and enter their Member ID. If your family member is brand new to USA Swimming, getting them registered will automatically add them to your My Family section. 

After clicking "View," you will be taken to your family member's "Member Dashboard." In the "My Account" section, click "General Info."

You will be taken to the View/Edit Member page. Click the "Club Transfer" pill to view the "Member Club Transfer" table as shown below.

Click the down arrow to expand the table (shown immediately above), and then click "Initiate Transfer" on the right side of the table.

Enter the name of the club the member is transferring to (New Club) and the member's first and last name in the Transfer Form. Then click the "Submit Transfer" button.

After submitting your transfer, the transfer status will update to "Pending," and the transfer information will appear under the "Club Transfer" pill on the member's View/Edit Member page.
