What parameters are available for searching meets on the first release?

There are number of parameters that can be used to perform an OTS Meet Search.

If you already know the name of the meet you are searching for, or if you know the "Sanction Number" or "OQM Number", you can enter that information in the OTS Meet Search form seen above. You cannot do a search for a partial "Sanction Number" or a partial "OQM Number", you will need to know the full number for both of those if you would like to search by those parameters. If you only know part of the "Meet Name", you can type the partial name and click the 'Search For OTS Meet' button and you will be able to view all of the results from the partial name as seen in the image below.

If you find that there are too many results from the partial name search, you can narrow down those results by adding more parameters to your search. If you know the LSC that hosted the meet, you can click on the dropdown for "Host LSC" and add that parameter to your search, as seen in the image below.

If you do not know any part of the "Meet Name",  you can search by only the "Host LSC" as seen in the image below.

You are also able to search using only the "Host Club Name (LSC Code/Club Code)" as seen in the image below. Results shown on this search will vary based on the number of meets the specified club has hosted.

Another parameter that you are able to use is the "Meet Classification". Here you would click the dropdown and select the correct classification for the meet you are searching and then click the "Search For OTS Meet" button for your results to be displayed as seen in the image below.

You are also able to search by only the "Meet Start Date Range" and/or the "Meet End Date Range".

All of these parameters can be combined in some way to narrow your search to a specific meet, or to simply narrow the search to a few meets. With these options, you are able to filter your search as much or as little as you would like. You are also able to sort your results by either the "Meet Name (A to Z)" or use the default sorting of "Meet Date (Most Recent to Oldest)".
