Upon initial release of the Officials Tracking System (OTS), there are three types of members that have access to a meet. These types of members are "Meet Referee", "LSC Officials Chair", and "Members with National Level Permissions". The following information will give a little more in-depth look at what these member types are able to access in the Officials Tracking System.

1. Meet Referee Level Permissions: A meet referee will have the ability to perform a search in the "OTS Meet Search" page. They will be able to view all results based upon their search. Meet referees will only have editing access for meets where they are assigned as the Meet Referee. Meet referees are not able to create an OTS Meet unless they were assigned as the Meet Referee for that meet. When a meet referee selects a meet that they have access to, they will be taken to a page where they can add or edit an official.

   
   

2. LSC Officials Chair Level Permissions: An LSC Officials Chair will have the ability to perform a search in the "OTS Meet Search" page. They will be able to view all results based upon their search. An LSC Officials Chair will have the ability to create an OTS Meet and have editable access for any meets that are hosted within their LSC. An LSC Officials Chair will not have editing access or the ability to create an OTS Meet on any meet hosted outside of their LSC. When an LSC Officials Chair selects a meet that they have access to, they will be taken to a page where they can add or edit an official. 

   
   

3. Members with National Level Permissions: Members with national level permissions, such as HQ Admins, will have the ability to perform a search in the "OTS Meet Search" page. They will be able to view all results based upon their search. Members with national level permissions will have the ability to create an OTS Meet and have editable access to any meet created. When a member with national level permissions accesses a meet, they will be taken to a page where they are able to make edits to the "Meet Info", "Meet Sessions", and "Officials Tracking".
